GT Jam for Haiti is a benefit concert for the relief efforts in Haiti. Individually, our impact may be small, but together we can make a big difference. The concert will take place March 13th, 2010 from 6 pm to 10 pm in the outdoor Burger Bowl space outlined in this website. All of the proceeds will be split 50/50 between CARE and The Fuller Center, two nonprofits headquartered in the Atlanta area that are heavily involved in the relief and rebuilding of Haiti.

On January 12th, 2010, Port-au-Prince, Haiti was devastated by a 7.0 magnitude earthquake. As a result of the destruction, over 200,000 people were killed and over 1.2 million are left homeless.

The Haitian motto listed on their flag is L'Union Fait La Force, which translates to "Unity Makes Strength". The Haitian people are incredibly resilient and will come back from this by uniting around their recovery. You too can help by coming together for great live music, hilarious comedy, food and fun for the benefit of the Haitian people. Please show your support by purchasing a ticket today.
